The data controller is MNL TEAM, with its registered office at Dr Jovana Raškovića 6a, Novi Sad, Republic of Serbia, which also operates the online shop dimas.rs.

In order to process a purchase request we need your basic personal data. Personal data means any data that identifies the buyer:

• first and last name;
• email address;
• contact phone number;
• delivery address.

We also process data about the order itself (products ordered, quantity, amount, payment method and delivery status), the content of messages you send us through the contact form or by email, and technical data recorded automatically when you visit the site (IP address, device and browser type, cookie data).

Data that is not personal in nature is used to improve our products and the relationship between seller and buyer, and to make future purchases simpler and safer.

We process your data only for clearly defined purposes:

• performance of the contract — processing, preparing and delivering your order and communicating about it;
• compliance with legal obligations — issuing and keeping sales documentation and handling complaints;
• legitimate interest — site security, prevention of misuse and service improvement;
• consent — non-essential cookies and sending notifications, where you have given it.

MNL TEAM uses your personal data only to fulfil your orders and for technical reasons that give you access to certain content.

When you place an order we process the data required to prepare and deliver the parcel and to contact you about the order.

Payment is made on delivery, in cash to the courier when you receive the parcel. The amount is collected by the courier service on our behalf, so the data needed for delivery and collection is passed to them.

The total amount of the order is updated at the moment the order is confirmed, so the final calculation should always be checked in the specification before confirming.

When you write to us through the contact form we process your name, email address and the content of your message. We use that data solely to answer your enquiry and to correspond about it.

If you write to us directly by email or call us, we process the data you provide on that occasion.

The site uses cookies (cookies) for basic functionality, storing order data and, with your consent, measuring traffic and ad performance. Necessary cookies are always active. Analytics and marketing cookies, and the scripts that set them, are switched on only once you approve them in the banner; until you choose, they are not set. If you reject optional cookies you can still browse and shop.

With analytics consent, Jetpack statistics and Google Analytics may be loaded. With marketing consent, Google Ads and the marketing tools of the PixelYourSite plugin may be loaded. Meta Pixel (Facebook) is used only if it is switched on through the PixelYourSite plugin, and only with your marketing consent. The Google Maps map on the Contact page loads only once you accept all cookies; until then a placeholder is shown and your browser does not connect to Google servers. During checkout, FunnelKit uses necessary cookies for the order session.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer. Withdrawing consent does not delete cookies that were already set; delete them in your browser settings. We do not set new ones.

As proof of your choice we record a consent identifier, the time, the country, browser details and a shortened (masked) IP address. The record is kept for up to 365 days, and the cookie storing your choice is valid for 365 days. The legal basis for analytics and marketing cookies is your consent. Customer data is kept with the greatest care and can be accessed only by employees who cannot do their job without it.

We pass data only to the categories of recipients necessary to fulfil the order and operate the site:

• the courier service, which cannot deliver the parcel or collect payment on delivery without it;
• the hosting provider, on whose infrastructure the site runs;
• the email delivery provider, for sending order notifications;
• Google, within its statistics and advertising tools.

We do not sell your personal data and do not pass it to third parties for purposes not stated in this policy.

We keep data for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, and at the longest until the periods prescribed by law expire.

• order data and sales documentation — for the periods prescribed by accounting and tax regulations;
• correspondence through the contact form and email — for as long as it is needed to resolve the enquiry and record how it was handled;
• data processed on the basis of consent — until consent is withdrawn.

Once the period expires the data is deleted or permanently anonymised.

In relation to your data you have the right to:

• access the data and be informed about the processing;
• rectify inaccurate and complete incomplete data;
• erase data when there is no longer a basis for processing;
• restrict processing and object to processing;
• data portability;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

It is entirely your choice which data you share with us. If you decide not to share it, some features of the site will not be available to you.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia.

We apply organisational and technical protection measures to protect data from unauthorised access, loss and misuse. Access to data is limited to people who need it to do their work, and data transmitted through the site is protected by an encrypted connection.

The dimas.rs online shop guarantees that it will not misuse personal data provided when ordering.

The site and the online shop are not intended for persons under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data of such persons without the consent of a parent or guardian. If we learn that such data has been collected without the appropriate consent, we will delete it without delay.

This policy may be amended or supplemented at any time, in order to align with changes in our business or in regulations. The amended version applies from the moment it is published on this page.

We recommend that you check the content of this page from time to time. By continuing to use the site after a published change you confirm that you are aware of it.

For the purpose of presenting and illustrating the products, photographs of the products in their original packaging are placed on the dimas.rs website. Since the packaging and its design are subject to change, it may happen that a photograph does not fully match the appearance of the packaging delivered to the buyer.

Product prices on the dimas.rs website are expressed in Serbian dinars (RSD). All payments are made in dinars.

In the case of promotional prices, the site displays the previous price struck through alongside the new, reduced price. Prices are formed and changed in line with the business policy of MNL TEAM, without an obligation of prior notice.
